The Dynfluid laboratory at French Engineering school ENSAM Paris will assist us in the conception of an ORC turbine of 1 MWe. The Ile-de-France region supported us with a grant for this Project.

Enertime has been working on the development of a machine using the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) technology. This innovative machine will be designed for the international market particularly for isolated grid applications. No ORC turbine provider proposes a machine that can be used in these conditions. Given the ORC machines used today, it is impossible to use them to replace diesel engines on isolated grids. We have designed an innovative unit with brand new elements to offer an alternative to fossil fuels in very specific conditions.

Enertime was selected by the French National Research Agency (CNRS) along with the Atomic and Alternative Energies Commission (CEA), GEA and the School of Mines in Douai for the CAFEE project. It involves optimization of industrial energy production systems.
